Trusted guides for families navigating the final chapter.

Loved was built to close a gap. Most families with senior or seriously ill pets are left in the gap. Too much to ask of a primary vet, too early for the end. We exist for that in-between. Unhurried, in-home, and beside you every step.

Our mission

The place your pet calls home is the place they deserve to be

Every family deserves clarity, comfort, and peace of mind during the final chapter of their pet's life, not the stress of a waiting room, a rushed appointment, and a vague answer. Loved exists to close that gap. We are a team of licensed veterinarians and dedicated care coordinators who specialize exclusively in in-home end-of-life support.

We believe the final chapter of a pet's life deserves the same unhurried care as every chapter before it. Our vets bring clinical expertise and deep warmth to every home we visit, never rushing, always listening, always guiding the entirety of the family with honesty and presence.

What guides us

Our values

At-Home, Always

We go to the family. Never the other way around. The entirety of their world is in that home: the familiar smells, the favorite spots, the people they love. That's where this should happen.

An Extension of Their Care

We work closely with primary care vets, oncologists, and specialists across our service areas. When we step in, it's as an extension of their care, a continuation of the love and support your pet has always received.

Present Before and After

Our care team is available from the first uncertain call through the weeks that follow. Complimentary grief support sessions, educational resources, and a team that picks up the phone. Our work doesn't end with the appointment.

The people behind Loved

Meet our team

Our veterinarians are licensed, experienced, and chosen for the way they show up for families in difficult moments. Our care coordinators are the warm voice you hear first, and the steady presence throughout this season of life.

How it works

Our process

We walk alongside the entirety of the family at every stage, from the first uncertain call through the days after your appointment and beyond.

Loved Veterinary Services process illustration
1

Reach out to our team

Call us or schedule a care call online. Our team is available to answer questions and explain your options, with no pressure and no rush.

2

Care team consultation

A care coordinator will take time to understand your pet's condition, your family's needs, and gently help you decide if an in-home visit is the right next step.

3

Schedule your appointment

When you feel ready, we'll book a home visit at a time that works for your family, often within 24 to 48 hours.

4

Confirm aftercare preferences

Before the appointment, we'll walk through your aftercare options: private cremation, communal cremation, or home burial, so everything is arranged with care.

5

Prepare your space

Choose a quiet, comfortable spot where your pet feels safe and at home. We'll guide you on what to expect so you can feel calm and fully present.

6

Your in-home visit

Your veterinarian arrives with everything needed. You'll have all the time you need to hold your pet, share your love, and say goodbye peacefully, in your own home, on your own terms.

7

Aftercare & ongoing support

Our support doesn't end when the veterinarian leaves your home. Complimentary virtual grief support sessions with a licensed veterinary social worker are always available to you.

A gentler way

Why in-home matters

The clinical setting was built for diagnosis and treatment, not for goodbye. In-home care was built for exactly this moment.

At home with Loved

  • Your pet stays in their own space, surrounded by familiar smells and the people they love most
  • No waiting rooms, no fear, no last-minute stress for an animal that hates car rides
  • Your whole family can be there, including other pets, if that feels right
  • You move at your own pace. There is no appointment after yours
  • Your veterinarian stays as long as you need. Questions are welcome before, during, and after
  • Grief support continues after the visit, complimentary sessions with a licensed social worker

At a veterinary clinic

  • Unfamiliar smells and sounds can cause anxiety in an already fragile pet
  • Travel itself can be painful or distressing for a senior or seriously ill animal
  • Space and time are often limited, other patients, other needs
  • Family size may be restricted; not everyone can be in the room
  • The focus is on efficiency, understandably, but not what this moment calls for
  • Follow-up care and grief support vary widely and are rarely built in

“EverLoved provided my sweet kitty Baxter with exemplary end of life care over multiple months. Their service was ever so personal, thorough, and helpful during a great time of need.Dr. Stephanie Bowes provided keen medical insights and practical advice during her first visit to our home which enabled us to spend more time with Baxter than we thought possible. She helped us manage his symptoms and recommended ways to provide relief. She coached us and helped us to know when the time was right to send him on his way. I'm incredibly grateful for those extra days and I greatly appreciated the number of times Dr. Stephanie checked in with us. Her informative, encouraging, and caring manner provided me with help through a traumatic time that I didn't find elsewhere.Thank you, Dr. Stephanie & Julie, for the incredible service that you provide. Thank you for guiding Baxter to the next stage of his journey peacefully, and for holding our hearts in your hands as you did it. We think of you fondly and with much gratitude when we look at his paw print and memorial box that you shared.”

“I cannot say enough kind and wonderful things about Loved. Choosing to say goodbye to your pet is nothing short of one of the biggest heartbreaks you will ever experience. Being able to give my dog Logan, and myself the gift of saying goodbye in our home was priceless. Dr. Stephanie is one of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met, she was like family sitting in our home and loving on Logan and talking with us during the process. From the minute I called and spoke with Holly (another extremely compassionate human), I knew this was the right choice. It is never easy to make the call, but through my sobbing, Holly was able to help me make a decision and set up an appointment. Dr. Stephanie gave us as much time as we needed and explained everything throughout her time with us. I cannot recommend this amazing business enough if you are faced with making the tough decision for your pet, while it is a tough one, these amazing and compassionate and loving people are the ones you want to lean on and trust.”
