Yes. In-home euthanasia performed by a licensed veterinarian is fully legal in Texas. Our veterinarians are licensed in the state of Texas and certified as Peaceful Euthanasia Veterinarians (CPEV).
We typically have availability within 24–48 hours for the Houston area. If timing is urgent, please call us at (346) 680-1716 — we do our best to accommodate same-day needs when contacted before 3 PM.

We coordinate both private and communal cremation options, as well as memorial keepsakes. Private cremation returns your pet's ashes to you with care. Our team handles all coordination so you don't have to make logistical decisions on a difficult day.
