Quality of Life Assessment
An honest, in-home assessment for pets who seem "off," months before the end becomes relevant.
Loved sits between your primary veterinarian and the emergency room. We come into your home, take the time these conversations need, and give you honest guidance on what comes next.
In-Home Euthanasia
When the time comes, we are already there as a team you know and trust. Unhurried, at home, with your whole family present.
When we arrive, we're not rushing to the next appointment. We sit with you. We watch how your pet moves through their own space. We take all the time your family needs. The procedure itself is gentle, and everything before and after is guided by honesty, care, and deep respect for the bond you share.

Comfort Care
Currently available in Lakeland, FL
An ongoing hospice-style plan for pets who need more than a single visit, built after a Quality of Life Assessment.
Comfort Care isn't booked directly. Every plan begins with a Quality of Life Assessment ($485), after which your vet recommends the right ongoing plan: regular check-ins, pain management guidance, and quality-of-life reassessments, typically over three to six months.
* That's the required first Quality of Life Assessment visit; ongoing plan pricing is set afterward.
Telehealth Consultations
Expert veterinary guidance by video, from the comfort of your own home. Currently available to Florida residents only.
Our telehealth consultations connect you with a licensed veterinarian by video at a time that works for you. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, a chronic condition, or the first quiet signs that something has shifted, our vets provide honest, compassionate guidance without the stress of a clinic visit.
Aftercare Services
Every aftercare detail coordinated with care, so you can focus entirely on being present with your family.
After your pet passes, we coordinate every detail with deep respect and sensitivity. Cremation, memorialization options, keepsakes: all arranged through trusted partners so you and your family have the space to grieve and remember without navigating logistics on one of the hardest days of your life.
Pet Loss & Grief Support
You don't have to navigate this alone. We're here before, during, and after.
Losing a pet is losing a family member. Grief is real, and our culture doesn't always make it easy to say so. Our complimentary grief support sessions, led by a licensed veterinary social worker, offer a space where your feelings are understood, validated, and never on a timeline. Open to every family we serve, for as long as they need it.
