Reimbursement, not direct billing
Do you accept pet insurance?
We don’t bill pet insurance providers directly. Most pet insurance works on a reimbursement basis: you pay at the time of the visit, then submit an itemized receipt to your insurer for reimbursement. We’re happy to provide that receipt for your claim.
