“My husband and I struggled to make the decision to let our precious Tessie go. She was the sweetest and most loving dog to us for 13 years. She was so anxious and stressed by car rides, and it was unbearable for us to think of that being her last memory. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have found Loved Veterinary Services! Dr. Stephanie came to our home and was so compassionate and gentle. Although we would never be ready to let Tessie go, Dr. Stephanie never made us feel rushed. She even cried with us as we walked through the process. It was such a gift for our girl's life to end in such a peaceful way. The follow-up communications and card have been very thoughtful. For anyone having to make this difficult decision to say goodbye to their beloved pet to end their suffering, we would not hesitate to recommend Loved Veterinary Services.”

“Great service with everyone I have come in contact with at Loved. Starting with Holly, I had reached out a couple of months earlier and had changed my mind thinking our girl could live a happy life with the cards she was dealt. Holly told me to reach back out when we were ready. No additional solicitation- which these days are inevitable- but for this service would have been insensitive and Loved understood that. Then when the day came for Dr. Stephanie to come and assist our girl to her next chapter, she was so patient and sensitive to how my husband and I were feeling. She gave us time to reminisce- we discussed our guilt and uncertainty we were feeling about ending our girls life- and we shared the issues our girl was having. 100% would recommend and would use the service again. Our girl hated going to the vet and this was the most peaceful departure we could have given her. Thank you again”

“I was so fortunate that my veterinarian, Dr. Melissa Hood of Orchid Springs Animal Hospital, works for Loved Veterinary Services every Monday. My Baby Mia, unfortunately, was in need of this service. She is a beautiful, 15 year old, 9 pound, Yorkie Bichon. I contacted Loved Veterinary on Saturday, 10/18/2025. Holly promptly returned my call. She was the most compassionate representative the service could have. The service was explained very well and I received several emails from them making the process as pain free as possible. I scheduled Dr. Hood to come to our home for Mia on Monday, 10/20/2025. As you can understand, this was a very difficult decision and a very difficult day for my husband and I. Dr. Hood was so compassionate with Mia. She was so much more to us than Mia's doctor, she was our friend. When Mia passed, Dr. Hood gently placed her in a blanket covered basket and wrapped her up to transport her back to the to the company. Mia had her two favorite toys to take with her and a few religious articles I wanted to be with her. I was contacted by Holly on 10/28/2025 that Mia was ready to come home. Holly personally brought Mia back to our home on Wednesday, 10/29/2025. We have a beautiful engraved urn, the most precious little footprint of Mia, and a lock of her hair as our memorial for her. As hard as this situation was for us, I can not speak more highly of Holly and Dr. Hood for taking such wonderful care of Mia and us. Our heartfelt thank you goes out to them.”
